Please log into the platform that you made the booking on and send through an alteration request. Please note that this needs to be done by 9am on the date of your check out, otherwise you will need to make a completely new booking. If this happens then you may need to move to a different room and we will email you the new check in information.
We charge £20 extra per clean which includes new bed linen and new towels. If you are staying for more than 1 week then we offer housekeeping services once per week for free. You will need to email us at least one day before to organize the cleaning of your room (hello@bookpartment.com) If you are staying less than 1 week then please use the laundry machine in the kitchen.
