  • Do the rooms have their own lock?
    Yes, each room has their own lock and each apartment door has a digital smart lock with a unique passcode.
  • How do I enter my room?
    Once your booking is confirmed you will be emailed a unique code for the smart lock on the front door. The code will become active from 3pm on the date of your check in and deactivate at 11am on your check out date.
  • What are your check in and check out times?
    Check in is from 3 pm until 1am and check is by 11 am.
  • Are the kitchens and bathrooms cleaned regularly?
    Yes, the kitchens and bathrooms are cleaned every day, 7 days a week.
  • Do you offer daily housekeeping?
    For stays over 5 nights we offer housekeeping every second day. You will need to email us a day before to arrange. For stays less than 5 nights we ask guests to make use of the free washing and drying facilities in the apartment.
  • Do you provide toiletries?
    Yes, we do. We provide luxury body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash for all of our guests.
  • Do you provide breakfast?
    We provide breakfast cereal and milk for each of our guests. If you prefer a cooked breakfast then feel free to use our dedicated kitchen or visit one of the various cafes in the local area.
  • Do you provide tea and coffee?
    Yes, we do. The kitchen comes equipped with ground coffee, breakfast tea, herbal tea and a Nespresso coffee machine along with various flavor coffee pods.
  • Is there parking available?
    There is a pay and display car park at the back of the building. The car park is run by a separate company who require guests to use the JustPark app the book.
  • Are the rooms pet friendly?
    Unfortunately not due to the risk of allergies to the other guests.
