RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

At Wilson House Camden, we understand that travel plans can change. Our flexible cancellation policy is designed to give guests peace of mind while ensuring fairness to our hostel.

Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the check-in time (3:00 PM on the day of arrival) at no charge.
Late Cancellation / No-Show: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before check-in, or if the guest does not arrive, the first night’s stay will be charged.
Modifications: Changes to reservations (such as altering dates or length of stay) are subject to availability and must also be made at least 24 hours before the original check-in time to avoid charges.
Group Bookings: For reservations of 6 or more guests, different cancellation terms may apply, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

We recommend guests notify us as soon as possible if travel plans change to avoid unnecessary charges.

Refund Policy – Wilson House Camden

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within the 24-hour free cancellation window (before 3:00 PM on the day prior to arrival).
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Charges: Any cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in (after 3:00 PM the day prior to arrival) or “no-shows” will incur a charge for the first night’s stay, which is non-refundable.
Amendments: If a booking is modified rather than canceled, any difference in rate or charges will be applied accordingly. Refunds for reduced stays will follow the same cancellation rules.
Group Bookings: For groups of 6 or more, refund terms may differ and will be clearly outlined at the time of reservation.
