TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings, stays, and use of services at Wilson House Camden ("the Hostel," "we," "us," "our"). By making a reservation, staying at, or using the Hostel’s facilities, you ("Guest," "you," "your") agree to these Terms.

1. General Information

​

• Wilson House Camden is a privately owned hostel operated by Nuvesto LTD trading as Wilson House Camden C/O Bookpartment.​​

​

• Guests must be at least 18 years old to book or stay unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
   

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings and Payments

​

• A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking.
   

• Full payment may be required at booking or upon arrival, depending on rate type.
   

• Promotional or discounted rates are subject to specific conditions and availability.
   

 

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

​

• Free cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours prior to check-in, unless otherwise stated.
   

• Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged the first night’s stay.
   

• Group bookings (6+ people) may have different cancellation policies.
   

 

4. Check-In / Check-Out

​

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
   

• Check-out: by 11:00 AM
   

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available at additional cost and subject to availability.
   

• Valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID card) is required at check-in.
   

 

5. Guest Conduct

​

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and property.
   

• Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
   

• Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas.
   

• Illegal substances, weapons, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
   

 

6. Liability

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The Hostel accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage unless caused by our negligence.
   

• Guests are liable for any damage to the property or its contents caused by their actions, negligence, or omissions.
   

 

7. Hostel Property

​

• Towels, bedding, and room furnishings remain the property of the Hostel. Removal or damage will incur replacement charges.
   

• Kitchen, lounge, and other shared facilities must be used respectfully and cleaned after use.
   

 

8. Safety & Security

​

• Fire exits and safety equipment must not be obstructed or tampered with.
   

• CCTV may operate in common areas for security purposes.
   

• Guests must follow all safety instructions from staff.
   

 

9. Smoking & Vaping

​

• Wilson House Camden is a non-smoking property.
   

• Smoking or vaping is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
   

• A cleaning fee of £150 may apply if guests smoke in non-smoking areas.
   

 

10. Pets

​

• Pets are not permitted, with the exception of certified assistance animals.
   

 

11. Force Majeure

​

• The Hostel is not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics).

 

12. Governing Law

​

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
